My husband is my best friend, my lover, my protector, my confidant, and my prayer warrior. You can add handsome to the list too!

Before you decide to gag and roll your eyes — my marriage didn’t start out this way.

Out of the mess we created by getting married at 19 and 20, God has done his miraculous work in developing the marriage he always desired for us. And, he is using our story to serve others.

I’m passionate about providing couples with a vision for what Christ-centered marriage can be, and with small changes, help them build a legacy that will last through future generations. I promise to be honest about the sharp turns, winding curves and steep mountains we all have to climb to get there.

I pray that this blog will encourage you when you’re doing well, nudge you when you need a refresher, and challenge you when it’s time to look in the mirror and make changes.
